Unused Simpson Bandit II racing helmet, signed in black felt tip by 25 participants in the 1993 Hooters 500, held on November 14, 1993, at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Signers are: Dale Earnhardt (1993 Winston Cup Champion), Rusty Wallace (race winner), Ricky Rudd, Darrel Waltrip, Michael Waltrip, Bill Elliott, Dale Jarrett, Ernie Ervin, Terry Labonte, Mike Wallace, Jimmy Spencer, Derrike Cope, Mark Martin, Bobby Hamilton, Rick Wilson, Jim Hensley, Lake Speed, Ken Schrader, Harry Gant, Wally Dellenbach, T. W. Taylor, Rick Carelli, Rick Mast, Jimmy Horton, and Geoff Bodine. Signatures were acquired through the efforts of open wheel driver Bentley Warren to benefit injured midget driver Mike Favulli. This helmet was sent to Schrader who acquired the signatures at the race, and was awarded at the January 14, 1994 NEMA banquet.
