Three signed photos: oversized vintage glossy 10 x 13 publicity photo from the 1942 film Happy Go Lucky, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Howard—‘One Touch of Venus’ I hope will make you happy, Always, Mary Martin.” The inscription refers to Martin’s engagement in Kurt Weill’s hit Broadway musical, which ran from October 7, 1943 to February 10, 1945; vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in green ink “To Alice Pitts, Sincerely, Ginger Rogers 1938; and a vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of Betty Grable, signed and inscribed in red ink, “To Vivian—Greetings and best wishes, Betty.” In fine overall condition, with a few creases (lightly touching inscription), scattered dings and impressions, tiny edge tears (easily matted out), and slightly indistinct contrast of signature against background to Martin’s photo.
