DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 9.51, April 15, 1825. President Adams grants Henry Lantis 160 acres of land in Illinois. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Adams, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham. In very good condition, with storage folds, handwritten portions of text light, but legible, last couple of signatures a shade or two light, and light wrinkling and creasing.
