Manuscript DS, one page on vellum, 25.25 x 17.5, May 9, 1785. A grant for a parcel of land situate on the north side of High or Market Street and on the Schuykill side of the Center in Philadelphia. The embossed paper seal remains mostly intact at lower right. In good condition, with intersecting creases, wrinkling, soiling and light staining, and ink a shade light but fully legible. R&R COA.
