Excellent matte-finish 10 x 8 photo of Disney with several film crew members, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Earl, My best, Walt.” From comparison with other, documented photos, the man behind the camera appears to be Earl Theisen (1903–1973), who worked in the film industry beginning in the 1920s, later became a photographer for Look magazine, and formed a seminal collection of artifacts related to the early film industry in Hollywood.
