The arrangements made is [sic] fully satisfactory to me, and more especially, as it leaves the office absent in Mr. Wagner’s Bureau, and gives satisfaction to Mr. Hall, & room for his friend, & justice for all….” The integral leaf bears the address panel written in Jackson’s hand.
