Nobel Prize–winning, Italian-born engineer (1874–1937) whose development of “wireless telegraphy,” better known to the world at large as radio, would come to exert a profound and immeasurable influence not only on communications, but on modern civilization itself. Fountain pen signature, “Guglielmo Marconi, Candice,” on an off-white 5.75 x 3.5 correspondence postcard, dated 1902. Scattered light toning and foxing, and a few light bends, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
