ALS signed “Wellington,” one page, 4.5 x 7, July 18, 1819. Wellington writes to Mr. Seale, mentioning that he has received the amount of 80£ sterling. Intersecting folds (horizontal fold through signature), mild soiling and handling wear, and reverse hinged to presentation folder, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
