Partial partly printed DS, one page, 8 x 4, July 31, 1929. A portion of a military promotion signed as governor. The embossed foil seal remains intact at left. In very good condition, with light even toning, a few subtle wrinkles, and slightly irregular edges (small loss to one corner). The signature is clear and dark.
