Vintage ink signature, “Benito Mussolini, London, 12-Xber [December] 1922,” on an off-white 3.5 x 4.5 card with affixed newspaper photo. This was Mussolini’s only trip to London, made two months after the March on Rome that placed him in power, to attend the German War Reparations Conference. A few faint creases (one to last name) and mild soiling, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
