Distinguished 6.75 x 9.75 Pirie MacDonald photo of Roosevelt, housed in a Harris-Ewing mat measuring 8 x 11.25 overall, signed and inscribed in ink on the mat, “Nathaniel Fish Paige with the best wishes of Theodore Roosevelt, Jan. 7, 1913.” In very good condition, with photo taped to mat on reverse, light soiling to mat, tape remnants at edges (easily matted out), unobtrusive crack to mat at upper left, and light silvering to image.
