DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 10, November 13, 1825. President Monroe grants eighty acres of land in Indiana to Jacob Cutler. Signed at the bottom by Monroe, and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office. In fine condition, with several folds and creases, one through a single letter of signature, scattered light toning, and handwritten portions of document light, but legible.
