I have taken the liberty of sending your letter to-day to the Treasurer of the University, assuring him that I am confident that it is a case where consideration should be shown if possible….” Letter tipped to larger sheet at left edge, intersecting mailing folds, a few wrinkles, and a touch of mild soiling, no faults affecting the clear signature, otherwise fine condition.
