Partial DS, signed “C. A. Arthur,” one page, 7.75 x 5.75, March 22, 1875. A loyalty oath, headed “Act of July 2, 1862,” for one M. Theo Brophy. In good condition, with top portion trimmed, horizontal fold, scattered staining and toning, a few edge tears, and tape at edges (lightly touching one letter of signature).
