Beyond those working directly on the project, however, the flight of Friendship 7 had the support, thoughts, and best wishes of many thousands…”; a vintage color 8 x 10 NASA photo of Glenn in his NASA suit, signed in black ballpoint, “J. H. Glenn, Jr.” Accompanied by an original Welcome Back to Earth, Glenn souvenir pin, a NASA John Glenn/Friendship 7 souvenir booklet, and the original mailing envelope.
