American industrialist (1909–1988), son of Chrysler Corporation founder Walter P. Chrysler, who assumed a major leadership role in the family business and earned a reputation as a discerning and pioneering collector of modern art. Five personal and bank checks, various sizes, 1928–1930, each filled out and signed as “Walter P.
