I’m so pleased that you liked Cathy and Christina too. No, I haven’t sent any 11 x 14 photographs to anyone for many years. I haven’t had any photos printed that size for at least ten years. However, a few people have sent old, large photos to me that I have autographed and returned to them….” Undated [to producer Jerry Wald]: “I don’t know what’s happened to us—but something has, and whatever it is I’d like to get it straightened out. Our friendship was too wonderful to have it dissolve….” Accompanied by a few of the mailing envelopes.
