German politician who began his career as an ace in WW I, rose to become Hitler’s right-hand man and head of the Luftwaffe. He was finally captured and committed suicide on the eve of his execution. The document also bears a facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler at the bottom center and an embossed Nazi eagle blindstamp in the lower left. In fine condition.
