Heavyweight boxing champion of the world, 1932–33. Vintage fountain pen signature, “My best regards, Jack Sharkey,” on an off-white 5.25 x 2.25 slip, dated April 9, 1933. Sharkey lost his championship on June 29, 1933 in his second fight with Primo Carnera. In fine condition, with a bit of scattered light toning and soiling.
