I hereby give my consent to its formation.” Countersigned by Dick Sheffield, chairman of the club, who later came to be recognized as a leading Lugosi “expert.” In very good condition, with intersecting mailing folds (one just touching top of “L”), small water spot just touching paraph, staple holes, and a hint of mild toning and wrinkling.
