The photo was taken in the historic House Judiciary Committee hearing room shortly after the House of Representatives voted to approve the articles, which sit on a table in front of Chairman Henry Hyde. The following managers have signed in black felt tip in the white border beneath the image: James E. Rogan, Henry Hyde, Asa Hutchinson, Ed[ward] Bryant, Bill McCollum, George Gekas, Steve Chabot, Bob Barr, Chris Cannon, Charles Canady, Steve Buyer, Lindsey Graham, and Jim Sensenbrenner. Accompanied by a letter from Congressman James E. Rogan, which reads, in part: “The signatures of all 13 of the House Managers on this photograph were personally obtained by me on the floor of the United States Senate during the impeachment trial of President Clinton.” In fine condition.
