Description

One of two younger brothers of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, appointed by JFK as Attorney General for his administration. In 1964, after his brother’s death, Kennedy was elected to the U. S. Senate from the state of New York. He was assassinated shortly after delivering a speech celebrating his victory in the 1968 presidential primary of California at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. Vintage 5 x 7 photo of Kennedy with his arms crossed, signed in the lower border in black ink. Creasing to top left corner and a bit of vertical creasing to bottom border extending slightly to bottom of image, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
