Partially printed DS as president, one page, 17 x 14, March 10, 1887. An appointment for Edwin O. Robbins as postmaster of Oroville, California. The embossed foil and ribbon seal remains intact at lower left. Intersecting folds, a few tiny stains (one near but not touching signature), and light offsetting from seal touching last name, otherwise fine condition.
