Vintage matte-finish 9 x 12 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “Kind regards to Oscar from Herbert Hoover.” Please note that the color gradations around the image are borders original to the printing of the photo and are not the result of toning. In very good condition, with uneven silvering to dark portions of image, a hint of mild soiling and edge rippling, and tiny chip to bottom edge. The writing is clear and dark.
