Insurance-type cover, 6.5 x 3.75, which may have been originally signed and intended to be used as an insurance cover, as it bears the mission emblem, astronaut symbol, and six-cent postage stamp, with another fifteen cent tamp and 10th anniversary Kennedy Space Center postmark at bottom.
