Description

American physicist (1910–1989) and, more controversially, eugenicist, who won the 1956 Nobel Prize in Physics for his development of the transistor. Glossy 3.5 x 5 photo, signed in black felt tip “W. Shockley,” adding a sketch of a transistor circuit. A few tiny surface marks, otherwise very fine condition. R&R COA.
