An engraved two-shilling note issued by the General Assembly of Pennsylvania, signed in ink by Morton and countersigned by two others. Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 10 x 19. In good condition, with intersecting folds (pinhole at intersection; vertical fold lightly touching last letter of signature), light, even toning and soiling, and printed text heavily worn.
