A document specifying payments to the judges of the Supreme Court of Connecticut “for their service at the adjourned session at Litchfield on the first Tuesday of Novr. 1766.” Sherman has signed under his respective entry, which shows a payment of £10.4.0. Among the other judges/signers are future governors Jonathan Trumbull and Matthew Griswold, Continental Congress delegate Eliphalet Dyer, and Robert Walker. Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 20 x 19.
