Gladstone,” one page, 4.5 x 6.5, Carlton House Terrace letterhead, November 13, 1869. Letter sending thanks for “your very interesting letter,” regarding France. Gladstone assures the recipient that “taking your comment for granted I will send it to Mr. Bright.” Matted and framed to an overall size of 9.75 x 12.5.
