A copy of the minutes for a meeting of the Edison board of directors, specifying, among other matters, “In view of Mr. Edison’s wishes, the members of the Board present…stated that they would individually and collectively withhold their approval from all contracts submitted to them until Mr. Edison’s approval has been obtained or Mr. Edison withdraws or modifies the request.” Board also passed a resolution authorizing the officers to purchase stock in the Diamond Disc Shop, Inc. from Charles Edison. Signed on the reverse in black ink by Thomas Edison, as well as by Charles Edison and two other board members. Edison’s characteristic flourish going through Charles’ last name, a light shade of overall toning, and some light wrinkling from binding remnant affixed to front, otherwise fine condition. R&R COA.
