The consignor indicates the document was likely from the Spanish Royal House consignment to the noted antiquarians Maggs Brothers in the 1920s. Professional repairs to diagonal cancellation cuts affecting the “a” and “n” of Queen’s signature, another set of repaired cuts to text at bottom, a few trivial ink marks, and light show-through from bold docketing on reverse, otherwise fine condition.
