Cartoonist (1900–1985) best known as the creator of the private eye Dick Tracy. Original signed and inscribed ink sketch of Dick Tracy in profile, apparently sporting a thin moustache on an off-white 10 x 8 piece of artist’s cardstock. Signed and inscribed, “To Jim Brookshire, with best wishes! Thanks for your interest, Jim. Chester Gould, 10-29-76.” In fine condition. R&R COA.
