King agreed to drill “with rotary tools into the Hunton Line at the approximate depth of 3,950´ unless Getty elects to have same turned over to him abandoned or completed at a lesser depth.” King also agreed to pay “all labor, expenses and furnish everything necessary to drill” and will “hold Getty harmless against all claims whatsoever arising as a result of blow-outs, explosions or accidents.” File and staple holes to top edge, otherwise fine condition.
