Description

Soviet government official and diplomat (1883–1954) who was Stalin’s chief prosecutor during the Great Purge, head of the Soviet delegation at the Nuremberg trials, and Soviet delegate to the United Nations. DS, one page, 5.75 x 8, September 1, 1941. An order to Soviet customs agents to aid a Japanese diplomat in crossing the Russian border. In very good condition, with file holes and chips to left margin and mild wrinkling and handling wear. The signature is clean and unaffected. R&R COA.
