Scarce 45 rpm record sleeve for “Mind Games,” 7.25 x 7, featuring a funky image of Lennon with Yoko Ono on his mind, signed across his forehead in blue ballpoint, “John Lennon.” Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo stating that the sleeve was signed during the weekend of May 16–18, 1975, when Lennon was the special guest host for the Helping Hands Marathon at WFIL television studios in Philadelphia. Matted and framed with the 45 single and a photo of Lennon posing by the Statue of Liberty, to an overall size of 26 x 12. In fine condition, with a few hints of subtle toning, light ring wear, and a price label affixed to right side. COA Roger Epperson/REAL and R&R COA. Oversized.
