Polish politician and military leader (1763–1813) who, after rising through the ranks of the Austrian and Polish armies, became a Marshal of France following his distinguished service in Napoleon’s Russian and German campaigns of 1812–13. Partially printed DS in Polish, one page both sides, 8 x 13.75, March 1810. An untranslated document on a military personnel matter.
