ALS signed “Ernest Seton Thompson,” Thompson adding a sketch of a pawprint, one page, 7 x 9, May 5, 1899. Seton sends his regrets as he delays a meeting. In part: “The fates are still against me. I have cast iron obligations ahead for every Sunday till about the last of May.
