TLS signed “Jim,” one page, 8 x 10.5, personal letterhead, June 15, 1965. Clark writes to Jack, adding the greeting in his own handwriting. In part: “I am writing to thank you for your message of congratulations following my victory at Indianapolis. It was a very kind thought which I deeply appreciate.” After signing, Clark pens a postscript: “Am now a private pilot with Comanche 260 so may give you a call some day!!” In fine condition, with one mailing fold touching signature, file holes, and a hint of wrinkling and handling wear.
