Partially printed DS as President, one page, 15 x 9, November 10, 1830. A grant for an eighty-acre parcel of land in Missouri. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. Archivally shadow box framed with a gold-inlaid, sterling silver portrait plate issued in a limited edition by the Franklin Mint in the early-to-mid 1970s, to an overall size of 36 x 19. In good condition, with folds, wrinkling, a few light spots, advanced fading to written portion of text, and Jackson’s large signature on the light side, yet fully legible. R&R COA. Oversized.
