Ten one-page ALS, sending thanks, regrets, etc., various sizes, most circa 1970s. Represented: Gaylord Perry, Brooks Robinson (“I did not find [your letter] till I returned from spring training,” with envelope bearing Robinson’s return signature), Enos Slaughter (“The [pitcher who] gave me most trouble was Carl Erskine of the Dodgers”), Pee Wee Reese (“I can’t get your cap now”), Ralph Kiner, George Kell, Tom Lasorda (“I just got back ... we were in Caribbean World Series in Caracas”), Robin Roberts, Tommy John (“Enclosed is a small check to help Victor Wright’s ‘comeback’”), and Bill White (“Please tell me where you got the Topps Philly Card. I’d like one like it”). In fine condition overall, with scattered handling wear and mild soiling and a few file and staple holes, wrinkles, and tiny spots. R&R COA.
