Cartoonist (1900–1955) best known as the creator of the durable strip Joe Palooka. Original ink sketch of Joe Palooka on an off-white 7.25 x 9.25 sheet, signed and inscribed “To Dave, Joe Palooka, Ham Fisher.” In very good condition, with folds, light wrinkling, and staining to bottom portion of sheet (well away from writing and signature and easily matted out).
