Agreement between MGM and Serling for an amendment to a previous contract for Serling’s draft of a film entitled The Company of Cowards. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Serling, who adds his initials along the left edge. In fine condition, with punch and staple holes to top edge and a few light creases. R&R COA.
