In full, “I thank you for the kind sentiments expressed in your letter of August 24th.” Signed at the conclusion in black ink, “T. Roosevelt.” In very good condition, with vertical fold through first initial of signature, tape reinforcement to vertical folds and several creases and small spots of paper loss near top.
