In part, “Up at 7Am - Breakfast and back to hotel to make several L. D. calls. Made reservation in Atlantic City’s Bally hotel - Will drive from there to Atlantic City for March of Dimes’ golf tournament on A. M. of June 1st.” DiMaggio also lists his trip expenses for air transportation, car rental and tips.
