ALS signed “Jimmy Stewart,” one page on a lightly lined 8 x 10.5 sheet of looseleaf, no date [1980s–1990s]. Stewart writes to a fan. In part: “I have made 80 pictures—I started in the movies in 1935. and I was out of the movies for 4 years when I was in the war. I don’t fly anymore. I’m too old to get a license. I think ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ is my favorite—I have great admiration for Frank Capra who made it. Have a wonderful life.” Light fold to one corner, otherwise fine, clean condition. R&R COA.
