A “Uniform Popular Songwriters Contract” for the song “The Kid That I’ve Never Seen,” wherein the writers are to receive a royalty of four cents per copy of sheet music sold, fifty percent of foreign revenues, and three cents for orchestrations. The document has been signed twice (on the third and fourth pages) by four: Al Jolson, Harry Akst, Herman Ruby, and Bert Kalmar.
