In part: “I am planning to return to the States very soon and shall not waste much time before going to Tucson. It is quite an undertaking for you to go to Egypt, and I wonder whether it is a very wise thing for you to do at this time. I would, however, especially advise against going to Ethiopia. I am saying this although you will probably not receive this letter until after you have returned.
