DS, one page, 15.75 x 9.5, December 6, 1830. A document granting a parcel of land in Tiffin, Ohio to George Starkbarger. The embossed paper seal remains intact at lower left. In very fine condition overall, with very faint show-through from ink docket on reverse (well away from signature), the slightest suggestion of scattered toning, and one fold touching a single letter of signature. The points above are mentioned merely for the sake of strictest accuracy, for it is most unlikely that you will ever encounter another example of such fresh, bright, appearance, or with so large and impressive a signature!
