DS, signed ““Thos. A. Edison”,” one page, 8 x 11, April 4, 1923. A page from the minutes of a Thomas A. Edison, Inc., board meeting, involving the purchase of coal. Above Edison’s signature is that of his son, Charles Edison, and three other board members. The reverse of the document bears additional minutes from the same meeting, to which is partially affixed an typed addendum that bears the signatures of Edison, his son, and his wife, Mina.
