Woolworth,” one page, 11.5 x 18.75, June 17, 1915, a seven-year lease on office space in the Marine Trust Company Building in Buffalo; and a DS, one page, 8.25 x 8, June 15, 1915, cancelling the previous lease. Both items are pinned together, along with several related documents, at the upper left corner. In very good condition, with folds, bends, wrinkles, mild toning, and a touch of scattered soiling, staining, and handling wear. R&R COA.
